Ordering & Delivery
Minimum order
We have no minimum order, so feel free to order as little or as much as you like. If you want to try one of the meals, simply order 1 or 2 and they will be shipped overnight and arrive ready to eat (chilled, but not frozen).
We recommend a minimum order of 14 x 500g packs, i.e. 7 kilos net for all frozen meals so they arrive in perfect frozen condition - 32 packs makes a full frozen FoodBox.
Payment
You can pay online or by phone with all major credit/debit cards (excluding American Express). We can also take fax or postal orders with your card details. Payment by cheque is possible by prior arrangement for larger orders (over £150).
Prices
All prices quoted on the website are inclusive of VAT for the United Kingdom at the prevailing rate. For export orders outside of the European Economic Area, please call our office on our freephone number 0808 1972702 or +44 1795 439872.

All frozen orders are despatched in our special insulated boxes to ensure they reach you in prime condition and still firmly frozen. We deliver anywhere in the UK. For orders to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man on request, please contact us on our freephone number 0808 1972702 to discuss your delivery requirements.
Delivery charges
Secure courier delivery anywhere in mainland UK is charged at £9.99 per order including postage and the insulating packaging.
Alternatively First Class Royal Mail for all none frozen products, or for trial packs (1 or 2 meals not frozen). We do not guarantee that products arrive frozen with Royal Mail, therefore shipment of frozen goods will only be done by courier service!
Delivery Charges to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Isle of Man available on request.
Collect from our warehouse in Sittingbourne, and you will be charged just £4.99 to cover the cost of the insulated box, or bring your own cool box and all delivery is Free. Our address is 7 Stadium Business Park, Castle Road, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3BG, United Kingdom.
Collection times: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4.30pm.
Delivery times
We use couriers for all temperature controlled deliveries, with one hour delivery slots available. So no unnecessary waiting in, nor will your frozen order be defrosting by the door because you couldn't be there. Mainland UK orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday will usually be delivered next working day, orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday for delivery usually on Tuesday to ensure that the goods arrive frozen and in perfect condition. Although we aim to delivery "next day", we cannot guarantee this in case of force majeur . Delivery days may alter due to public holidays.
For small orders for supplements and non-frozen items, your order will be despatched same day with Royal Mail.
